Berg & Kraft
the art to be you
The research and search for the perfect design led Berg & Kraft to the Golden Ratio and its perfect shaping, as well as to the powerful symbol of the Flower of Life.
Years ago, when they first saw the water crystal pictures of the Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto, they were very impressed. Berg & Kraft was especially fascinated by the positive change in the water structures that results from the conscious design of shapes. Since then, the fascination of water and form has never left them.
Berg & Kraft stands today as well as in the future for shapely, natural and useful quality products for everyday use – for the well-being of body, mind and soul.
Water structure
Anyone who has ever drunk water from a mountain stream during a hike knows the benefits of fresh spring water from personal experience. But at home, it no longer comes out of the tap tasting so good and giving so much strength. This is hardly surprising when you consider the long distances, treatment processes and environmental pollution that the cool water has undergone in the meantime.
In order to visibly document how sustainably the product components change the structures of the tap water, before/after photos were taken of all products.
All samples showed extremely positive changes with very fine, symmetrical crystal structures. These changes, caused and supported by the design components (Golden Section, Flower of Life, carefully selected materials), give the water a fresh, pleasant, unadulterated natural taste.
The test results come from the laboratory E.F. Braun CH-3628 Uttigen, Switzerland. Water crystals photographed according to the method developed by M. Emoto.
The Golden Section
Since ancient times, proportions based on the golden ratio have been considered the epitome of beauty and aesthetics. Even today, this perfect balance can be found in art, architecture, design, etc.
The Golden Ratio can be seen everywhere in nature and is reflected in products. It results from the equality of proportions, when the larger part relates to the smaller part in the same way as the whole relates to the larger part. The formula for this size ratio is the Phi number 1.618 known from mathematics.
All glass and porcelain products are carefully designed according to these standards. Thus, each piece is a real treat for the eye.
The flower of life
Archetype of creation
This powerful symbol is found in many cultures, religions and also in our products. With good reason. In its simple beauty and perfection, it is a symbol of the everlasting process of creation and helps to rearrange the structures of water in a new and harmonious way.
The Flower of Life consists of several overlapping circles. The starting point is the circle in the center. This reflects a basic geometric structure that shows that all life originally comes from one source – keyword cell division.
Cell division continues until each living being has achieved its own harmonious form.
Incorporated into the products, the flower of life reminds the water of this “original code”. The water arranges itself symmetrically again, as it corresponds to its basic structure, the hexagon. And exactly this hexagonal basic form is also found in the flower of life!
